Mudita.Hair is based on two principles; earth friendly products and great hair.
Founded by Sharon Ralston, a hairdresser, mentor and trainer with over 25 years experience, we provide hair care, products and training services.

From early training to founding a leading salon and working with sustainable brands, Our journey is built on a commitment to high standards, education and conscious haircare.
Early Career
Sharon began her hairdressing journey at 16, training in her hometown before developing her skills further in Paisley and Glasgow. During this time, she also discovered a passion for education and mentoring.
International Experience
Worked across Jersey and Australia, gaining international experience while continuing to build her expertise in both salon work and training.
Hair Central Founded
Opened Hair Central, building it into a respected salon known for high standards and a strong commitment to developing future talent.
Partnering with OWAY
Began working with OWAY after researching more sustainable and conscious salon practices. Today, she continues to lead Hair Central, mentor new stylists, and deliver both exceptional hairdressing and industry-leading education.
